On the 2nd of January, 2017, KERIS held the New Year’s kick-off meeting to encourage the staff to strengthen their efforts to be well prepared for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, by internalizing the organization’s core values established last 2016, under the slogan ‘K-DNA (KERIS-Different thinking, New challenge, Active integrity).’
President Seog-Soo Han emphasized the importance of working together in order to build a happy organizational culture. Moreover, the organization’s new structure was announced to improve the communication and cooperation among the staff. This is to increase work-efficiency and to develop timely educational policies to meet the needs of the future society.
KERIS will operate its services and research activities based on 7 divisions, 2 offices and 25 sections. Based on this plan, KERIS will seek to better serve its role as a navigator of future education by actively responding to the changes in the educational sphere and society in general, thereby fulfilling customer needs.
